Our story
Collecting chemical elements is quite a rare hobby.This becomes obvious when you try to list, say, metal cubes for sale on any trading platform, such as Amazon, EBay, etc. You just realize that there is no category where you could put chemical elements. And the number of companies that sell “chemistry collectables” can be counted on the fingers of one hand. They are fairly well-known, and there is no need to mention and promote them here.
So I created a similar company in 2017. Do not just think that it is a plagiarism and that I simply decided to copy-create a similar company. This is not at all true. I became interested in chemistry when I was in my year 5 at school. I did not have a computer back then, and I did not even know that such companies existed. I put together my first collection of 7 metals pretty much straight away, and was very proud of it. Over the years, my love for chemistry has only grown. I had many ideas about how exactly to collect chemical elements. In the end, I decided to try to bring my ideas to life.
There are different ways to collect. For example, with the help of modern technologies, it is possible to “preserve” the elements in “acrylic cubes” (we use polyurethane resin). In my opinion, this is a very good way of collecting - metals do not oxidize, retain their lustre, but even this does not suit everyone, would you believe it?! Many people want to touch pure metals with their bare hands and observe the natural coating of an oxide film, which is also understandable. I wanted to be able to carry my favourite chemical elements with me at all times, so I came up with the idea of creating key chains with chemical elements. It took our team eighteen months to implement this idea and start producing perfect key chains with chemical elements.
This way we have created another option for collecting chemical elements - in key rings. Surely, there are many more ways of collecting, we just do not know about them. We would love to hear from you and will be grateful if you share your ideas with us!!!
